The C-squad Members known as "The Twins" are quite possibly the most fun
loving MACs in existence.  They can easily be described as the "frat boys" of
Delta City  MCU.  They are, without a doubt, all about the next big thrill.

The Twins are an anomaly, especially in the MAC community.  Twins are rare
in humans...about 3.1 percent.  This is even more rare in MACs, as the
process of creating the Individual Artificial Intelligence is so complex and
designed for personality deviation from one I.A.I. initilization to the next.

The Twins, however, beat the odds.  They are a rare case when the I.A.I.
process produced two nearly identical personalities.  To take their situation to
an even more unique level...they also happened to have been produced
sequentially.  The chance of near identical personalities being placed into two
consecutive MAC frames have been calculated to 1: 173,476,872.486.

The twins, whose real names are still unclear, once had quite the lucrative
career as semi professional athletes.  They were both on the minor league
team, the "Veloci Claw"...a Hyper Skiff racing team.

They decided to leave the skiff racing scene when one of them was traded to
the "Revo Cool" team, while the other remained on "Veloci Claw."  They had
no desire to be separated, knowing that they already had quite a competitive
streak between them.  Placing them on different teams would have been too
much...even for them.

After a seven year break from the spotlight, during which the Twins spent
much of their time participating in as many extreme sports as possible, they
decided on a change of career.  It occurred to them that to just participate in
sports was not enough of a challenge.  They wanted to actually live an
adventure filled life.  What better way, than the police force?

It did not take long for the Twins to excel.  They were always quick to volunteer
for dangerous assignments and made a name for themselves by never
refusing a task.

There was not a single incident or mission that caught Drake's eye when it
came to the Twins.  It was more their overall ambition and drive that had
Drake consider them for the C-squad.  As soon as he saw their records and
watched them work, he knew that there were no better choices than the Twins
for his unit.

When it comes to having extreme thrills...and taking down criminals, no one
makes it look cooler, or more fun than the Twins.
Name: Rachel Aspen       Age: 28

Rank: Sergeant, Special Unit (MCU)

Serial Number:  579N-L83-493-54K

Affiliation: Delta City Police Department, C-Squad, 13th
Precinct  MCU

Seven years ago, no one would have expected much out of Rachel Aspen.
Many would have had to stop and think about who she even was.  Immediately
following her graduation from high school, Rachel attended the Nero
University Criminal Justice program.

Upon her graduation...a year early...she attended the Delta City Police
Academy.  She graduated in the 50th percentile of her class.  She was
assigned to the 22nd precinct where she took a beat in the Dimeo Place
District.

She was on the force for less than year when tragedy struck.  Rachel's
parents were killed in a car accident during her fifth month on the job.  She
and her younger sister were left alone.

Nine months later, Rachel was to face an even worse ordeal than losing her
parents.  One night, after an extra shift that she had picked up to help with the
bills, her sister had come to pick her up from the station.  It would be the last
time they ever saw each other.

A very large and dangerous MAC attacked Rachel and her sister in the parking
lot.  He literally ripped Rachel apart, and then proceeded to beat her sister to
death while she watched.  The MAC then left Rachel for dead.  But she wasn't
so willing to die.

To everyone's amazement, Rachel was alive....barely...but alive.  She was
treated, and rebuilt.  Her right arm, right eye, most of her skull, and her spine
were replaced with advanced cybernetics.  She spent several grueling months
in physical therapy, and psychological counseling.

Aspen returned to the police force, and upon her return began her transition
into a police officer of which to take note.  She began to show stunning
potential in marksmanship, and eventually made the DCPD Sharpshooter
team.  After one season of competition on that team, she turned her attention
to the more elite units.

Rachel Aspen tried out and made the Swat team for the third precinct.  She
soon became the team sniper and made quite a name for herself as the
officer rarely spoke....but never missed.

Drake soon came to hear of Rachel Aspen and sought her out.  He checked
her record and then spoke to the departmental psychologist about Aspen's
stability.  The psychologist said that the only signs of lasting trauma to Rachel
Aspen were mostly physical.  The fact that she spoke so rarely was most likely
due to her feelings that she had lost all of her family and had no one to
confide in.  Other than that...she was completely clear for all levels of police
work.

Beautiful...silent...deadly.  Sergeant Rachel Aspen is possibly the most lethal
member ot the entire C-Squad.
